Now this Shouse (Shed-House) needs a major SHOUT-OUT!
Looking from the street you would think this is just a big old farm shed, but when you take a peak inside, you see our Central Coast customer has done a major fit out to create the perfect part shed/part liveable house!
Building a shed house, we started off by engineering this 16W x 24L x 5H shed as a Class 1A so the customer could turn one end into a liveable section, leaving the other side for storage, with an added mezzanine floor creating an extra 6m x 16m of space! Taking into consideration the spectacular surrounding landscape we also included Metal Vermin Proofing to keep out the pesky bugs and serpents, plus plenty of glass has been used on the liveable end to allow for heaps of natural lighting.
To finish this stunner we have used Colorbond Shale Grey™ and Surfmist® to keep the shed cool and light.
